Media Studies
Marissa Lammon is a PhD student in Media Studies. She received both a BA in psychology and an MA in communication from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. She spent most of her undergraduate degree focusing on adolescent development and has used this background as a foundation while studying media throughout her graduate program. Her research interests include psychological concepts in children's media, specifically how media can shape adolescent cognition and socialization.
