Sasha Strong in regaliaUdall Scholarship & Wash DC Internship Info Session at CNAIS

Come find out about opportunities available through the Udall Foundation for Native American undergrads, grads, and law students. CU student Zhashki Anangikwe (Sasha) Strong won the 2016 Udall Scholarship and will be here to share her experience.

Also, Deb Viles from CU's Top Scholarship office will attend. She will talk about both the Udall Scholarship for undergrads and the Udall Native American Congressional Internship which is open to: undergraduates, graduate students, and law school students. Here are some quick facts about both:

  • The Udall undergraduate scholarship awards up to $7000. If you have an interest in a career related to the environment, tribal public policy, or Native American health care you should consider applying!
  • The Native American Congressional Internship gives 12 students an opportunity to live in DC during the summer to gain first-hand experience with how the U.S. government works with Native nations.
