The revenue management team will be reaching out to sponsors who send payments to the old lockbox address and providing updated remittance instructions. Items that continue to be sent to the existing site will be forwarded to the new site until February 2023, which may result in payment delivery delays. Revenue management will continue outreach to sponsors over the course of the next year to ensure that items are properly redirected. We are also working with the Office of Contracts and Grants to ensure that we notify sponsors for active awards and begin to include the updated remittance information at the time of proposal.
