The Anaplan implementation project has launched a new compensation cycle functionality, starting with the classified staff cohort—compensation adjustments effective July 1.
For FY25, auxiliary units may still submit temporary budget plans in the traditional way by emailing them to bfp@colorado.edu. While July 1 is the official deadline, BFP will upload FY25 auxiliary budgets as long as they are received by August 1. “Common Good” approach to connectivity costs will take effect July 2024. The connectivity fee charged to auxiliary units by the Office of Information Technology will be discontinued. In its place, the existing general recharge rates will be increased to support connectivity expenses.
The redesign will improve user experience and streamline processes. Key updates include a new requisition form, new payment voucher form, redesigned landing page, enhanced commodity codes, and updated blanket PO functionality.
