Reproductive Rights

At CAPS we also acknowledge the long history of restricting access and recent efforts to limit reproductive rights in this country. The recent changes to healthcare and established law have widespread implications, increasing distress, and negative psychological impacts. These changes disproportionately impact communities of color, poor, and rural communities, and have a significant impact on all woman-identified and LGBTQ individuals who can give birth. While many reproductive rights remain legal and accessible in Colorado,  we at CAPS are committed to understanding the mental impact these changes have had while supporting the healthcare for Women and Folx with Uteri.
