Let's Talk Psychiatry
Check in with a CAPS counselor to discuss medication options and get more information about medications or psychiatric care.
Please note: This service is only open to students who are not currently taking medications to manage their mental health.
*Let's Talk Psychiatry will be available late fall 2024.
Let’s Talk is a good option if you:
- Aren’t sure about counseling.
- Aren’t interested in ongoing counseling but would like to speak with a counselor.
- Have a specific problem you would like to talk to someone about.
Let’s Talk is not a good option if you:
- Are in a crisis or need immediate support.
- Want ongoing mental health support.
- Are seeking court mandated treatment or legal advice.
