  • Objective: Develop and implement a mission-aligned fundraising plan.​

    • Strategy 2: Diversify and increase revenue streams, informed by financial plan.

  • Objective: Expand staffing in selected areas that will strengthen the CU Art Museum.​

    • Strategy: Attain accreditation by the American Alliance of Museums.
