Charles Msilanga is the founder and executive chairman of Hatima Africa, where he orchestrates the development of vision and strategies aimed at educating, mentoring, and training the next generation of leaders in Kenya and East Africa. This is achieved by providing access to high-quality education and life skills training for vulnerable youth.
Msilanga is also program manager at the African Chamber of Commerce Colorado, where he designs programs to equip and support immigrant businesses.
Before that, Msilanga was youth director of the Kenya National Chamber of Commerce and Industry-Mombasa County, where he crafted policies and engaged in lobbying efforts to enhance the business environment for the young population.
An alumnus of the University of Colorado Boulder with an MBA, Msilanga also holds a bachelor's degree in economics and finance from Kenyatta University.
