Mohammed Mahoor is a professor if electrical and computer engineering at the Ritchie School of Engineering and Computing Science at the University of Denver. He earned his PhD in computer engineering at the University of Miami, Florida. In addition, Mahoor, is the co-founder and CEO of Dream Face Technologies LLC, whose mission is to improve the quality of life and well-being of aging adults with advanced technologies and continuous innovation. Dream Face believes that social robotics and other technological advancements allow for improved aging, well-being and quality of life. They created Ryan, a fully autonomous social robot. He can talk, listen, express, understand and remember.
