Growing up in Chicago, Markus Braun always had a passion for EDM. Pulling inspiration from the Dons of tech house, Braun's unique sound as a house DJ and producer has pushed the boundaries of where house music can go.
At college while studying engineering, Braun began to pursue his interest in music production and DJing. Seeing his favorite artists perform at iconic venues like Red Rocks Amphitheater, Fox Theater, and Temple nightclub, it sparked a desire to pursue a career in music. As he experimented with different sounds and styles, Markus developed a deep understanding and passion of electronic music that would later define his style as an artist.
In 2020, he moved to LA to pursue his career as a DJ. He’s played at multiple clubs throughout the city and has a loyal following of fans who are drawn to his energetic performances. His explosion in the underground scene has allowed him direct support for the likes of Chr0meb0dies, Mike Taylor, Boyz Noize, Cazzette and more. With his unique blends of bassline, and tech grooves, Braun is making his name in the tech house scene.
As 2024 unfolds, fans are eagerly anticipating the release of "The 4AM EP," a project that encapsulates his signature sounds. He is set to weave his musical magic across the Americas this spring as he continues to redefine the boundaries of house music, infusing each venue with his passion and energy, and proving that his music is not just heard, it's experienced.
