Shannon Flahive is a venture capital investor with Ensemble Innovation Ventures Fund, where she focuses on early-stage healthcare technology companies. She has a decade of experience in growth strategy consulting and has been in the Colorado venture capital ecosystem since 2019. Prior to joining Ensemble, Shannon worked with Blackhorn Ventures and Service Provider Capital in early-stage investing, and Cambridge Associates, Boston Consulting Group, Treacy & Company and Egg Strategy in consulting. She received a BA in Economics from Harvard University where she was a four-year varsity track and field athlete, and an MBA at CU Leeds School of Business, where she was MBAA Class President and a Director of Finance with the Deming Center Venture Fund.
