Event Overview

Join us for a Chair Yoga practice that will have focus on breath with movement. Jackie Nelson will lead this class to accommodate all levels of experience. No previous experience is required. There will be an in- person practice at 10 AM at the Rec Center in Studio 2 and a virtual practice at 4 PM. 

  • In-Person Session: Monday, October 9th from 10-11 AM
    • Chair Yoga practice at the Rec Center in Studio 2 hosted by Jackie Nelson. You may bring your own equipment but yoga blocks, blankets, straps and mats will be available for attendees.
  • Virtual Session: Monday, October 9th from 4 to 4:45 PM
    • Chair Yoga practice via Zoom hosted by Jackie Nelson

Admission and Accessibility Information

Who can attend? This event is open to all CU Boulder students, staff, and faculty. The maximum capacity for the in-person session is 50 people. If the event reaches maximum capacity, you will be able to register for the afternoon virtual session. You may register for both sessions if interested.
