The systems and controls group’s research is grounded on core disciplines such as control, dynamics, optimization and statistical learning. Our research is multidisciplinary in nature and spans the full range from fundamental research and the development of new methodologies, to applications of major significance for society. The group’s research seeks to advance the knowledge base of these core disciplines and guide the development and analysis of breakthrough feedback control and optimization approaches for cyber-physical systems and networked systems.
