Luca Corradini was born in Padova, Italy, in 1978. He received the Laurea degree in electronic engineering and the PhD degree in industrial electronics from the University of Padova, Italy, in 2004 and 2008, respectively.

From 2008 to 2011, he was a postdoctoral research associate in the Colorado Power Electronics Center (CoPEC) at CU Boulder. From 2011 to 2017, he was an assistant professor at the University of Padova, and since 2017, he has been associate professor at the same university.

Corradini’s main research field is power electronics, with a focus on digital control and modeling of switched-mode power converters, efficient modulation strategies for bidirectional converters, and power management solutions for energy harvesting systems. He received the second 2008 Prize Paper Award from the Industrial Power Converter Committee of the IEEE Industry Applications Society. He is an associate editor of the IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics.
