Dr. Elhelbawy joined ECEE on July 1, 2022. Prior to joining CU Boulder, she taught at Colorado School of Mines, California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, the College of New Jersey, and York College of Pennsylvania. She also taught abroad at John Cabot University in Rome, Beijing University of Chemical Technology in Beijing, and University of Ha’il in Saudi Arabia.
Dr. Elhelbawy received her master’s degree in computer science and PhD degree in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder.
Her recent research focuses on wireless communications, wireless sensor networks, analog and digital electronics, and engineering education.
