Revaline Nez, a Diné woman of the Bit'ahnii Clan (Folded Arms People Clan), born for Tabaahi (Water Edge People Clan), is originally from Rock Point, a small community on the Diné Nation. She received her Bachelor of Science in Education from Northern Arizona University in Elementary and Special Education. Revaline also received her Master's in Education from Northern Arizona University in Education Leadership in 2017 and a Master's in Education for ESL and Bilingual Education in 2019. Most of her work involved working in the field of special education, language revitalization, education leadership, and Indigenous language advocacy.
