As an alumna of the University of Nebraska, Ashley earned a bachelor’s degree in history, master’s degree in organizational science and leadership, and graduate certificate in human resources and training. Over the last 3 years, Ashley has worked at the University of Nebraska in various administrative roles and most recently served as the HR and Operations Support Coordinator within the Department of Civil, Environmental, and Architectural Engineering at CEAS. Ashley’s comes with experience managing graduate student recruitment and onboarding, implementing large-scale events, coordinating staff/faculty/research faculty administration, supporting community building initiatives, and currently serves as Secretary on the Engineering Staff Council. Ashley is passionate about leadership, strategic operations, innovation, delivery of high-quality customer service, and helping to foster positive organizational cultures within each community she is a part of.
