- Share why they are interested in being a member of the ICC and engaging in DEI work
- Identify what they hope to contribute to the ICC
- Brainstorm the top priorities for the ICC
- Describe any barriers they are experiencing with their DEI efforts
- Share DEI strategies that are going well locally within their department, program, or unit
