On March 7, 2019, David Abram gave a guest lecture at CU Boulder.
Bridging environmental studies with philosophy and anthropology, entwining natural history with psychology and cognitive science, this lecture will engage the matter of climate change from a highly unusual angle. Abram will contrast the cool, theoretical abstraction of most climate discourse with a range of indigenous, place-based understandings of the earth's atmosphere.
