Isabel Phelps
MFA Student

Isabel is a current MFA Fiction Candidate and recently received her Masters in Humanities from The University of Chicago. Her short fiction and poems have appeared in The Greensboro Review as well as Plains Paradox, and she received an honorable mention from Glimmer Train and was a fiction contest finalist with Split Lip. She spent her senior year as Editor in Chief of one of CU’s undergraduate literary magazines, Hindsight. And her work can be described as lyrical, character driven, and focused on familial relationships.
