What are we offering?
In the Copenhagen office, you will work side-by-side with our senior landscape architects and lead landscape designers on high profile projects both nationally and internationally. Playing an active part in our projects and design processes, you will be closely connected with our departments of architecture, urbanism, sustainability, and computational design – you will experience the sharing of knowledge coming from outside our own profession sharing and see how that is linked together into world class projects.
You will be working with the projects process through participation in design competitions, strategy, and design development as well as detailed landscape design phases. Through our internal and external pin ups, your opinions and ideas will be expected and valued as you become an integrated part of our creative culture.
Why do we need you?
Our landscape department within Henning Larsen Architects is working with landscape architecture, nature design, biodiversity, and biology development through the knowledge of both advanced digital tools and design excellence, which allows us to crate beautiful and yet justified-through-data designs. How we distinguish ourselves from other landscape practices is through the intertwined relation with other disciplines, such as architects, urbanist, sociologist and much more, to create holistic projects that benefits from this wide knowledge base. This allows us to have quick and fruitful discussions through our ever-present project pin-ups that provide an added value for all projects, plus it makes the office a bustling, diverse, and fun environment to work in.
Take an active part of our projects and landscape developments and in return we will offer you professional experience, personal development, and unfold your skills along with an integrated intern culture and social events withing the office and team.
What are we looking for?
We value open minded people with good arguments and strong opinions about their profession to engage in conversations that go beyond landscape design. Through your exceptional design skills and curiosity, we expect you to join our daily debates on landscape and nature-based design, as we work to broaden the knowledge of nature and develop landscape architecture as a part of the public agenda.
At minimum you need to have completed your bachelor’s degree of your university. Proficiency in Rhino and Adobe is required as well as competences for graphic presentations. Knowledge of Grasshopper is an advantage, knowledge of Revit is a bonus.
