The Department of Environmental Studies Recruitment Day will be at the Sustainability, Energy, and Environment Community Building located at 4001 Discovery Drive, Boulder, CO 80303.
Please follow these instructions to claim your free parking permit for the ENVS Recruitment Day.
For in person participants who need it, arrangements have been made for you at the Hilton Garden Inn, 2701 Canyon Boulevard, 303-443-2200. The front desk will have a list with your name on it, with a room assignment. Your room will be paid for by the University of Colorado. You must present a credit card upon check-in to cover incidentals.
Check in is Thursday, February 13, 2025 and check out is Saturday, February 15, 2025.
If you are driving to Boulder, we will provide you with a parking permit to be used at SEEC. Please see information above.
There is a shuttle that takes folks between Boulder and the Denver Airport. You can see the schedule for this bus here. You can use RTD's mobile ticketing app to purchase your ticket here.
Boulder has ride share (Lyft and Uber) available for a fee.

Please fill out the information in this form to be reimbursed for your travel expenses. ENVS reimburses up to $600 payable by check mailed directly to the address you provide in the form.
