Asher Firestone is a performance artist, teacher and scholar-activist from Jerusalem. They organize in various solidarity movements, Jewish healing spaces, and alternative communities of care. Their most recent article "The Hermeneutics of Love in Mizrahi Diaspora" was published in the University of the Western Cape's Writing360 Journal and presented at MIT’s 2025 Gender, Culture, Women and Sexuality Conference: “Liberatory Practices for Worlds in Crisis.”
