Associate Dean for Research

Dr. Molenaar is the Associate Dean for Research for the College of Engineering & Applied Sciences. The Associate Dean for Research provides vision and leadership to advance the college’s research impact. The ADR oversees the Research Support Office, with a goal to increase proposal success rates and to help establish and grow high-impact research programs — from early-stage planning to developing competitive proposals and executing awards successfully.
