Faculty Personnel
Kim Overmier joined the Office of Faculty Affairs in 2023 as the Faculty Personnel Coordinator. She aids academic units with their hiring processes for full-time faculty, as well as assisting with administrative appointments. Kim comes to CU Boulder after nearly a decade at the University of South Carolina where she taught a variety of courses and worked closely with faculty through the South Carolina Honors College. She studied Communication and Rhetoric as an undergraduate and master's student, and she is in the process of completing her PhD in Composition and Rhetoric. When not working or writing, Kim enjoys reading historical fiction, running (albeit very slowly), and exploring Colorado.
