Kimmi Pepitone

Kimmi is the Assistant Director of Acquisitions and Strategic Partnerships at CU Boulder where she specializes in real estate acquisitions for the university. Kimmi graduated from the Leeds School of Business in 2015 with a bachelor's degree in finance and a minor in real estate. Her career experience includes property management and leasing.  

Being a Boulder native and a CU alum, Kimmi is committed to the success of the university and the surrounding communities. She is a member of the Association of University Real Estate Officials and the Urban Land Institute. During her free time, she enjoys hiking, skiing, and tending to her vegetable garden.
