Mandy joined CU and the Budget & Fiscal Planning team in August of 2021. She was named associate vice chancellor for budget and planning in 2023. She brings experience in budget modernization and implementation at a research institution, an understanding of higher education shared governance, and experience in all parts of budget operation and management. Mandy has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Studies with Honors from the University of Iowa. She is pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration at Kansas State University.
