Mandy Cole

Mandy joined CU and Finance and Business Strategy in August of 2021 as the assistant vice chancellor for budget management. She was named associate vice chancellor for budget and planning in 2023, and started her current role as associate vice chancellor for budget and finance in 2024. She brings experience in budget modernization and implementation at a research institution, an understanding of higher education shared governance, and experience in all parts of budget operation and management. Mandy has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Studies with Honors from the University of Iowa and a Master’s in Business Administration from Kansas State University.
