Dedicated and casual observers alike will be treated to a truly unique view this morning at 6am. All you need is a pair of binoculars and a clear view to the southeast.
You’ll easily spot dazzling Venus pairing up with the waning crescent Moon. Look closer though! The Moon is about ready to occult (cover) the bright star Antares, the heart of the Scorpion.
