- Here are the directions on enrolling into health/dental/vision/life insurance: https://www.cu.edu/employee-services/benefits-enrollment-tool-how-enroll
- If you have questions on retirement or health/dental/life insurance, call Employee Services, 303-860-4200, option #3. You can also call this number and schedule an appointment to meet with a benefits counselor. They come to the Boulder campus once a week.
Leave Requests: How-to instructions on how to request time off from your supervisor within the FAMIS leave system.

- Tuition Benefit: Full time CU staff are eligible to take 9 credit hours of classes each year, or alternatively, spouses & children are eligible for a tuition discount. Here is information on the tuition benefit: https://www.cu.edu/pbs/tuition-benefit
- State of Colorado discount page:https://stateofcolorado.benefithub.com/# You’ll have to create a login & you should wait until your Colorado.edu email has been created.
- Bright Horizons/Sittercity (if you need to find a housekeeper, maintenance person, eldercare provider or babysitter)
- Be Colorado Move: The University of Colorado has a Move program where if you work out 30 minutes at least 12 days a month, they’ll pay you $25/month. You’re only eligible for this if you sign up with one of the CU health insurance plans. http://becolorado.org/
- RTD Bus/Guaranteed Ride Program: You will receive a free RTD bus pass along with your CU BuffOne card. If you take the bus or carpool to work, we offer a guaranteed ride home program if you had an emergency & have to get home.
