Kelsey is a skilled employee development professional, passionate about the staff experience in higher education and helping our colleagues advance their careers. He’s a skilled facilitator and enjoys networking with units across the CU Boulder campus. He holds a BS in Healthcare Administration and a MS in Organizational Development and specializing in Project Management, both from Colorado State University Global Campus. He is pursuing his EdD in Equity in Higher Education Leadership from the University of Colorado Denver with an expected graduation date of spring 2025.
