Tim led the development phase of the CUB projects. He led the engineering team in performing the technical energy audits, energy analysis, schematic design of energy savings measures, digital control systems design and installation, commissioning, RFPs, contractor selection, and construction management.
Tim received his master’s degree in Building Systems Engineering from the University of Colorado and is a LEED 2.2 Accredited Professional, which has provided him with skills in energy analysis and modeling, computer simulation of building energy performance, and design and installation of direct digital controls systems.
