Virtual Watch Party Guide
Ready to learn about climate solutions from global experts? Local watch parties enable people to explore local opportunities and responsibilities to implement climate solutions. Watch parties can be as simple or detailed as you like, and there are no specific parameters.
Watch Party Logistics & Preparation
Session Selections
Determine which summit sessions you would like to stream and whether you plan to watch the panels live during the summit (Dec. 1–4), or whether you plan to host a watch party after the summit using session recordings.
Note: The summit will be held in the Mountain time zone of North America. Based on your location and time zone, hosting watch parties after the summit may be preferable to livestreaming the sessions.
Session Recordings & Languages
Recordings will be posted the week after the summit and will be available by Dec. 12, 2022. Recordings will have transcriptions in Portuguese, Spanish, French, Mandarin Chinese and additional languages by request over time.
Note: If you plan to host live watch parties, livestreams of summit sessions will be translated into ASL, Portuguese, Spanish, French and Mandarin Chinese.
Venue Selection
Determine who you wish to invite to your watch party and how best to spread the word (our toolkit provides assets). Be sure to select a venue that has the appropriate capacity and the necessary audio and video technology.
