Incomplete Form and Instructions
Incomplete Agreement for GSLL (A&S form).
- Make sure the student's situtation meets the criteria on Incomplete Agreement.
- Instructor should complete form and send to departmental undergraduate/graduate program assistant for routing through DocuSign. No need to upload supporting documents.
- Deadline can be no more than one year from end of current semester (semester is which student is enrolled in course). If Incomplete is not finished within one year, grade of incomplete will automatically convert to an “F”.
- Once instructor signs, form will route to student for signature, then to department chair. GSLL Program Assistant will receive a copy of signed form.
- It is recommended that students contact their advisor and financial aid before requesting an Incomplete.
