COVID-19 Vaccination Compliance - Fall class registration hold
Dear %%First Name%% %%Last Name%%,
Our records indicate you have not submitted all of your immunization requirements. As a result, a fall 2022 course registration hold has been assigned to your student account. You will not be able to register for fall classes until you submit your immunization requirements.
Plan ahead and resolve your outstanding requirements today: Due to high volume, submissions will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
If you do not submit your immunization requirement information by Wednesday, March 16, you may not be able to register for classes when registration opens on March 28, 2022. The university will be closed Friday, March 25 and no records will be processed until staff return to the office on Monday, March 28.
If you need assistance understanding or completing your immunization requirements to remove the registration hold, staff from the immunization team will be available:
Wednesday, March 16 and Thursday, March 17 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Ralphie’s Advising Help Lab in the Center for Academic Success & Engagement (CASE) east building on the second floor.
You can also locate your outstanding immunization requirements:
Navigate to mycuhealth.colorado.edu, select the button for ‘Students & Graduate Students’, and sign in with your IdentiKey.
Click the ‘Immunizations’ button at the top of the portal. A drop down-menu will appear.
From the drop-down menu select ‘View History’. A new page will load showing your immunization submission history.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and view ‘Missing Immunizations’ and ‘Reason not Compliant’ next to each requirement.
Click the ‘Print’ icon to see a detailed catalog of all past submissions and potential reasons why the compliance element is missing.
If you are unable to determine why you are non-compliant, please email immunizations@colorado.edu.
Submit your documentation now to avoid delays in the processing and removal of your hold. Immunization holds cannot be temporarily removed in order to register for classes. The immunization requirements must be met before you can register.
If you have any questions, please email the Immunizations Compliance team at immunizations@colorado.edu.
Please note:Students will receive an automated response stating they have completed their requirement only when all vaccination requirements are complete. If you do not receive confirmation, the immunizations team will contact you to request additional information. The process of verifying records and resolving any discrepancies may take 7 to 10 business days.
