COVID-19 Vaccination Compliance - Missed Immunization Requirement Deadline: You won't be able to register for fall classes

Dear %%First Name%% %%Last Name%%,

Our records indicate you have not submitted all of your immunization requirements. As a result, a fall 2022 course registration hold will be assigned to your student account on Tuesday, March 15.

In order to remove the registration hold and ensure you are able to register for fall 2022 classes, please complete the following requirements as soon as possible:

  • COVID-19 vaccine:
In support of the university’s commitment to health and safety, CU Boulder requires students to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or file an exemption.

  • COVID-19 booster:
To comply with CU Boulder’s updated COVID-19 guidance, members of our community are required to receive a vaccine booster shot no more than five months after receiving the final dose of the original series. Alternatively, the university’s booster reporting requirement can be completed by filing for an exemption.

  • Meningococcal (ACWY) vaccine:
CU Boulder requires all students under the age of 23 living in university-operated housing to submit proof of the meningitis (Men-ACWY) vaccine given within the last five years. The meningitis (Men-ACWY) vaccine requirement must be completed by students living in a residence hall, Bear Creek, Athens Court, Athens North, Marine Court, Newton Court or Smiley Court.

  • Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR) vaccine:
Colorado State Law requires all new students to submit proof of two (2) doses each of the measles, mumps and rubella (MMR) vaccination.

In order to complete these requirements, you must either submit proof of vaccination or an immunization exemption form online and complete the Required Immunization Questionnaire.

Follow these instructions to complete your immunization requirements.
