About WorkWell

Our Mission is dedicated to building and sustaining a culture and environment that supports the well-being of our employees through the awareness and utilization of programs, events, and services to foster a sense of belonging.

Our Vision strives to advance a culture of whole-person wellness for the university’s faculty and staff to further promote employee well-being and engagement in a hybrid work environment.

Well-being

What does it mean?

Well-being is defined as the personal experience of health, happiness, and sense of belonging and mattering. Our holistic approach is a collaborative, campus-wide effort to make CU Boulder a healthy place to live, learn, and work. We design services, programming, and educational opportunities to develop balance across the eight dimensions of wellness.

Our Goal

When employees “WorkWell at CU Boulder,” they thrive and flourish mentally, physically, emotionally, and socially.

NetWorkWell is a network of faculty and staff who are engaged in and advocate for employee wellness. We collaborate to raise awareness and utilization of programs, events, and services for all faculty and staff across the university. NetWorkWell creates an ecosystem of well-being to increase partnership and collaboration in support of employee wellness programming, policies, and professional development/education.
