Here are a few ways you can prepare for your first semester on campus.

  
Health Insurance Requirement

Students are required to submit proof of health insurance or enroll in CU's Anthem Gold Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP).

  
Immunization 
Requirements

All students must complete a set of immunization requirements or complete an exemption form.

  
Healthy Buffs Check-in Requirement

All undergraduate students are required to complete a short, confidential survey related to health and well-being at CU Boulder.

MyCUHealth Portal

Sign into the patient portal to schedule appointments, pay bills or chat with a clinician. 

  
Transfer Your Prescriptions

Transfer your prescriptions to the Apothecary Pharmacy on campus for convenient refills and pickup.

  
Allergy Shots

If you currently take allergy shots, you can transfer your care to Medical Services through our allergy clinic. 

  
Chronic Conditions

If you have a chronic health condition, we are here to work with you and your specialist(s) to ensure continuity of care and management of chronic conditions.

All students can access a full range of health services, including primary care, sexual health, nutrition, physical therapy and more. Explore everything Medical Services has to offer.  

Parental Consent for Treatment of a Minor

All students under 18 will need a signed parental consent form on file to access care from Wardenburg Health Center.
