Cancellations: Appointments can be cancelled in the MyCUHealth Portal. All cancellations must be made by 5 p.m. the business day before your appointment. Cancellations may result in a charge, depending on the service.

Free flu shots are available for all CU Boulder students, faculty and staff.

All incoming students must have the following vaccinations:

Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR)
Meningitis (Men-ACWY)

Payment information: Vaccinations are subject to an additional administration fee and are not covered by BuffCare. Prices are subject to change. Payment is required at the time of service.

Testing

Tuberculosis

Tuberculosis testing is covered by both the CU Anthem Gold Student Health Insurance Plan and BuffCare.

Prices for students who are not enrolled in these plans:

Tuberculosis skin test: $36
QuantiFERON test: $39. No appointment is necessary. Check in at the second-floor desk. The lab is closed daily from noon to 12:30 p.m.
- The $39 rate is available only to self-pay clients. Otherwise, Labcorp will bill your third-party insurance. If your insurance plan does not cover QuantiFERON testing or you prefer to self-pay, you may request the reduced $39 rate.

MMR Titer (Immunity) Test

MMR titer (immunity) tests are covered by the CU Anthem Gold Student Health Insurance Plan and BuffCare.
