Making the Most of Your Vacation
If you dread the amount of work you have to do before and after you leave for vacation, this session is for you. Creating a smoother transition allows you to retain the benefits of your time off and still have the energy and enthusiasm to work productively without unnecessarily stressing your system.
Learning Outcomes
Participants will be able to:
- Learn more about ways to take time off and return being able to be productive and less stressed
- Apply concepts to allow for a smooth transition pre and post-vacation
Who should attend?
Any CU Faculty or staff member who would like to learn more about having more smooth and productive transitions from work to vacation.

Christine Gust, MBA, Doctor of Naturopathy
The theme of Christine's sessions is centered around her mission to support people who want to break out of old paradigms and limiting behaviors to create innovations and new possibilities, both personally and professionally. Incorporating recent findings in psychology and neuroscience, expertise in innovative techniques and practical business experience, Christine teaches employers and their staff how to identify and transform counterproductive behaviors that negatively impact their performance, health, and satisfaction. In addition to 10 years in private practice, Christine earned an MBA and Doctor of Naturopathy degrees and builds on 15 years in Human Resources management.
