Culture

   Purpose

Define and create a refreshed CU Boulder HR value proposition and identity, in accordance with campus brand standards, to support a shared HR culture and help clarify the role of HR on campus.  

   Benefits

Process & Standards

   Purpose

Define and implement high-level processes and standards for foundational HR processes: Hire, Maintain, and Separate—for all employee types. Define and communicate Service Level Expectations (SLE) and SLE reporting.
