Brief Summary of Professional History: I have served and worked in my community within the mental health and academic fields. I have worked at the university level mentoring and guiding college students at both the undergraduate and graduate level. In my private practice I’ve counseled clients with career and life transitions, stress management, relationship issues, depression, and anxiety. This has also included volunteer counseling for Warren Village and Safe House Denver. I’ve enjoyed facilitating group sessions for counselors in training and with court mandated clients running alcohol and drug relapse/recovery groups.

Brief Personal Information: Outside of FSAP, I spend time with my family, including my partner and my dog, Pup. I also enjoy being outdoors, cooking and gardening. I have a passion for any type of travel; especially international, which centers around my love of anything food.
