ICS Fellow Dr. Yuko Munakata was awarded this year's Department of Psychology and Neuroscience’s Faculty Award for Research.
From the comittee: "Dr. Yuko Munakata's research on early childhood cognitive development is both incredibly important and well-respected for its quality. Dr. Munakata publishes in the best journals and has received a large number of federal grants to support her work. As one example, one of her recent grant submissions to the National Institutes of Health received a perfect score from reviewers, an accomplishment that is almost unheard of and speaks to the methodological rigor and public health significance of her work."
