Shayla DeYoung

Shayla joined the IFR team in April 2024 as a Senior Development Assistant and moved into the role of Program Manager of Operations in fall of 2025. Since 2015, she has worked in advancement administration, supporting development teams at Colorado State University, CU Boulder, and within the CU System. Shayla brings a genuine enthusiasm for process improvement and a commitment to operational excellence to her role on the team.

Shayla was born and raised in Colorado and graduated with a degree in Business Administration from CSU. She enjoys spending time with friends, playing tennis, and biking around Boulder.
