Active participation from industry, government and academia brought applied quantum technology into focus at CU Boulder in November 2017.
The first annual Quantum Applied Science and Engineering (QASE) workshop created a venue to exchange ideas on how to move applied quantum tech forward and to supply input into the direction for the new quantum initiative at CU Boulder.
Participants represented a variety of different sectors, including:
CU Boulder used the valuable input recorded from the workshop to further define the direction of the initiative, which would eventually become CUbit in January 2019.
