At Q-SEnSE (Quantum Systems through Entangled Science and Engineering), multidisciplinary teams from institutions in the U.S and around the world are collaborating to investigate promising solutions to formidable quantum challenges of both fundamental and practical significance.

In the video below, Jun Ye (CU Boulder Physics, CUbit Quantum Initiative, JILA, NIST) discusses how Q-SEnSE tests some of the most advanced concepts of quantum physics and technology—such as lasers, cold atoms, and quantum many-body physics—using state-of-the-art atomic clocks.
