Most Innovation & Entrepreneurship events will confirm their Passport Approval in the event description. If you’re curious if an event off-campus will work for your passport, you can always reach out to us at deming.colorado.edu.
No sweat! Simply ask the event organizer/host to print and sign their name in the stamp area.
Attending a community event, like a Techstars Demo Day, entrepreneurial happy hour, or something else in the startup world? You can get a “stamp” for that as well! Here’s how:
- Take a selfie at the event in question
- Print and staple it into the booklet itself
- Fill in the date and event title
We encourage you to bring your passport to every entrepreneurial event you attend on campus, as it can be tough to back-date stamps! That being said, if attendance was taken another way, the host of the event may be able to give you a stamp afterward. It is up to the host if they are willing to back-date, so be sure to get a stamp the day of!
Easy—stop by the Deming Center for Entrepreneurship in the Koelbel Building anytime between 9am-4pm, Monday through Friday, and someone on the team will help you out!
So you lost your passport—yikes! Much like your wallet, your passport has the most value to you if you do not lose it. Keep it tucked in your backpack or planner.
We highly encourage you to take photos of your passport as a backup.
Easy! Well, maybe. Collect fifteen stamps over the next two semesters (by April 15, 2019) and swing by the Deming Center for Entrepreneurship so we can validate your passport and enter you in the drawing to win.
