Ecology and Evolutionary Biology
I am interested in the similarities and differences of the evolution of spatial cognition in Black-capped and Mountain Chickadees in the Rocky Mountains. I research this through conducting cognitive tests on chickadees in the field and then associating their cognitive performances with their genetics.
