- Complete the Boulder Friends of International Students (BFIS) Application e-form in the MyISSS Portal under “General Forms.” If the form is not visible, then we are not accepting applications at that time.
Established in 1948, Boulder Friends of International Students (BFIS) pairs international students/scholars with local residents/families to create a sense of belonging in the local community for CU international students/scholars. This program is mutually beneficial for students/scholars and BFIS friends as it seeks to enhance intercultural communication through understanding, acceptance, and celebration of culture, traditions, language, and education in our global world.
