Happy New Year to our CU Boulder Talent Community! CU Boulder is a terrific place to work and we want you to know about a new program we’ve launched to support the career growth of each of our employees. In addition to one-on-one career counseling services available for CU Boulder employees, we have a new HR Career Development Video Series, with supplemental resources for each topic. Videos include “Career Exploration,” including an exercise that examines important “Future Skills,” many of which are already in high demand due to recent workforce changes. The remaining five videos, with their accompanying documents, focus on multiple phases of the job search process and include information on networking, resumes, and interviewing.
